Paula Alexander

Substituting PTO for brandy in the classic Alexander makes a delicious after-dinner cocktail.

1 oz. Paula's Texas Orange
1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur or Creme de Cacao
1 oz. cream or half-and-half
freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Top with nutmeg.
