PAULA'S IRISH O'JITO

A refreshing drink for St. Paddy's Day combining Irish Whiskey and elements of the mojito.

  • 1 oz. Paula's Texas Lemon
  • 1˝ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 oz. lemonade
  • Splash of club soda
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon wedge

Pour Paula's Texas Lemon in highball glass. Muddle with two of the mint leaves.

Add ice, whiskey, lemonade, and a splash of soda and stir.

Garnish with remaining mint leaf and lemon wedge.



Winter weather in Texas is notoriously unpredictable. For those last days of winter, we suggest:

Make a mug of your favorite hot chocolate. Add a shot of Paula's Texas Orange Liqueur and a shot of Treaty Oak Rum. Find a cozy place to relax and enjoy. 



For those first days of spring, we suggest:

LEMON RUM DROP

  • 2 oz. Paula's Texas Lemon
  • 2 oz. Treaty Oak rum
  • Generous slice of lime

 
Put Paula's Texas Lemon and rum in shaker glass. Squeeze in fresh lime. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass.
