Drink of the Month
RUM ORANGE MILK PUNCH
No need for eggnog. This punch packs some heat from the rum, orange sweetness, and soothing cream. A great sipper before or after holiday dinner (and a purported hangover cure).

- 3/4 oz. amber rum, like Mount Gay
- 1 oz. half-and-half
Shake over
ice and strain into a small tumbler. Grate nutmeg over the top if desired.
SPIKED SPICED CIDER
Create your own spiced cider by heating cider up with your favorite spices--like cinnamon, cloves, allspice, or cardamom--and steep for 30 minutes. Strain and serve warm or at room temp in a mug with a shot of Paula's Texas Orange and a splash of Paula's Texas Lemon. A cinnamon stick makes a tasty swizzle stick.
